Can STAQ take the money?

No. Not us, not a hacked STAQ, not a rogue employee. Here is exactly why, without the lawyer voice.

    Coin fees never pass through us.The fee recipient is written into the token on Pons at launch: their wallet, from block one. Pons pays the creator fees straight there. STAQ set the recipient once, at launch, and neither we nor anyone else can change it or touch the money on the way.

    We have no access to any wallet. Ever.Every @ gets a wallet made by Privy, the wallet infrastructure behind hundreds of major apps. Key shares live in secure hardware; only the person who signs in with that X, GitHub, Twitch, YouTube or Farcaster account can use it. STAQ never sees a key and cannot sign, freeze or move anything.

    Stacks hold nothing either.StaqSend forwards ETH in the same transaction and moves tokens sender → recipient directly. No owner, no admin, no upgrades, no pause button. Source verified on Blockscout.

    Everything is public.Every stack is an on-chain event with the sender, the recipient and the amount. No hidden balances, no server-side ledger you have to trust. Check any line on the explorer.
